I’ve browsed Banter a few times because they do have some really cute jewelry, but the stock situation gets frustrating. I’ll find something I’m excited about, click through thinking I might actually buy it, and then it’s sold out in my size or not available anywhere near me. It’s happened more than once, and the restocks don’t seem to come around very quickly either. The site itself is easy to use, so that part’s fine, but it kind of takes the fun out of shopping when so many of the pieces I like aren’t actually available

Ordering and customizing it was easy, so I was expecting a nice finished piece. But when it arrived, the engraving was way lighter than I thought it would be and it wasn’t even centered. They make it seem like you’re getting something clean and professional, and for the price I expected them to actually deliver on that. Shipping was fine, but the final product was disappointing.

The staff wasn’t exactly rude, but they did come off kind of careless and rushed. I expected better help from banter.com, so it was dissapointing. Overall, not the best experiance.

Had a problem after roughly a few months, and the protection plan covered it with pretty much no hassle. Took maybe 10 minutes or so to get things sorted, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops.

I sent my chain in to get repaired and it came back looking really good, better than... well, I was happy with it. It did take a few days longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but customer service got back to me when I checked in. Overall, I’m satisfied with how it turned out.

I ordered a ring from Banter and wasn’t totally sure how the sizing would turn out. I can’t say if it’ll be the same for everyone, but using the size guide worked well for me. When it arrived, it fit just right—not too tight and not loose. Happy with it overall, and I’d probably just order my normal size again.
